This book is a prequel to the previous one, and it fits in really well with the story. It’s a psychological thriller where the main character has to deal with a tough moral choice while on duty, which makes the whole situation more intense.
Just like the earlier book, the plot is unpredictable and kept me hooked until the very end. It’s easy to read, well paced, and full of tension. If you liked the first book, this one is definitely worth reading.
Just finished the second book. It tells what happened before the events of the first book, but keeps the intrigue, so now I’m waiting for book three! I love reading books by Artena Zima, the story is easy to follow, with well-explained characters and their relationships. I guess more revelations are coming!
